Bio
Jayme Phillips, PA-C did an orthopaedic surgery rotation during one of her first days of her early rotations, and learned the specialty of orthopaedics and how it is all about saving lifestyles. She believes there is something pretty incredible about helping people get back to doing the activities that they love. Jayme worked in healthcare for 18 years, starting as a radiologist technologist in Interventional Radiology at OSF St Francis Medical Center. In 2012, she went to USC in Los Angeles to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. She graduated in 2015 and has experience in Neurosurgery and General Surgery.
Jayme has been interested in the medical field and has enjoyed helping people from an early age. As someone who loves learning, a career in medicine was the perfect fit. She loves that medicine is always evolving, with new treatments being discovered and new devices begin invented every day.
Jayme is a Coordinator for the St. Jude St. Louis to Peoria Run. Jayme grew up in Roanoke, IL and is happy to be practicing at home near friends and family. She enjoys running, reading and cooking.
